Business and Warranty statements

Please note before commencement of any work or in fact during any repairs authorisation is always gained and where possible estimated costs inc parts and labour, unfortunately it isn't always possible to be exact but i will be as precise as possible as it sometimes is difficult whilst i am in the middle of a repair.

this statement is to cover the business and you the customer in the event of any disputes that may arise.

All repairs where parts are supplied via local sources there is a 12 month or 10,000 mile warranty. In most instances this does inc parts and labour but unfortunately in some instances it is just the part supplied as some suppliers do not pay any labour fees.

Please note in some instances certainly for older vehicles parts availability may not available via local sources, in these instances i will do my best to try and source parts via other avenues, a lot of independent garages will not do this

ECU ( Engine electronic control unit ) and TCU ( Transmission Control Unit ) and many other control items within a vehicle, these repairs are covered under a 12 month or in some instances lifetime warranty to the original vehicle owner but please note in these instances any diagnostic times or labour charges are the responsibility of the customer, theses repairers will only cover the item or unit for repair no labour charges at all.
