Business and Warranty statements
Terms and conditions for any work that is carried out on a customer vehicle the following terms and conditions will apply-
This statement is to cover the business and you the customer in the event of any disputes that may arise.
Before commencement of any work or in fact during any repairs authorisation is always gained whether if verbal or in writing, where possible estimated costs inc parts and labour will be given, unfortunately it isn't always possible to be exact but i will be as precise as possible as it sometimes is difficult whilst i am in the middle of a repair. Please note if i am unable to receive permission then no further work will be carried out to your vehicle. I will always ask that customers please make yourselves available to be contacted by phone should i need to seek approval for any work that needs to be carried out on your vehicle.
terms from 01/06/2026 will now apply- if any work to be carried out comes to £500.00 or more then payment for each £500.00 will be requested before any work is carried out. This will now apply to any work carried out. A secure payment link will be sent out to you via text message for any payments
These terms will be applied at all times.
WARRANTY STATEMENT-
All repairs where parts are supplied via local sources there is a 12 month or 10,000 mile warranty. In most instances this does inc parts and labour but unfortunately in some instances it is just the part supplied as some suppliers do not pay any labour fees.
Please note in some instances certainly for older vehicles parts availability may not available via local sources, in these instances i will do my best to try and source parts via other avenues, a lot of independent garages will not do this
ECU ( Engine electronic control unit ) and TCU ( Transmission Control Unit ) and many other control items within a vehicle, these repairs are covered under a 12 month or in some instances lifetime warranty to the original vehicle owner but please note in these instances any diagnostic times or labour charges are the responsibility of the customer, theses repairers will only cover the item or unit for repair no labour charges at all.
